       Day Academy Live Interactive Lecture, Copyright and Privacy Policies:

 By using any service provided, You agree and understand that Day Academy live, interactive video presentations are presented on Zoom. All sessions are recorded and made available via download to the viewing audience after the presentation. Recorded programming is made available for resale to the public.

 Day Academy is committed to starting all live lectures promptly at their scheduled time. In the rare case of a cancellation due to presenter illness or emergency, we will promptly notify all registered participants via email and promptly schedule a replacement session.

  By enrolling and joining in our Live, interactive video presentations you understand and agree that all sessions are recorded. You agree that Day Academy assumes full ownership, and has full permission to use any and all video and audio captured in any way it sees fit. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing and rebroadcasting video and audio that may contain your interactions within the discussion group, including conversations on video that capture your likeness and your words, the background area you are sharing from, and audio. You agree and understand that all video, audio, and images captured, any correspondence, and any intellectual property created during live interactive lectures are the sole property of Day Academy LLC/Jared N. Day. You understand and agree that we may use any recorded material that contains images of you, your voice, voices captured in the background of your conversation  and the background of the area you are communicating from.  You agree that any and all correspondence, including video conferencing, text messaging, email correspondence or any other form of communication received from you by Day Academy becomes the sole property of Day Academy  and Jared N. Day and may be used to further educational and other goals. We broadcast our live lectures on Zoom. Zoom offers features to protect your privacy. Your audio and video can be muted from the Zoom platform. Day Academy assumes no responsibility for any and all failures, acts or omissions of/from any third party vendor we use, including, but not limited to user error. Day Academy does not sell or share your information to any third parties unless required to do so by law. You agree and understand that Day Academy LLc/Jared N. Day are duly indemnified and held harmless for any third party use, or misuse.
