How to Locate Your Downloaded Lectures
Once your order is complete, Payhip sends your video file directly to your computer. Here is how to find and open it right away:
Check Your Computer's Downloads Folder: Your web browser automatically saves files to your primary Downloads folder (C:\Users\<YourName>\Downloads on Windows or the Downloads directory in Finder on Mac).
Use the Browser Shortcut: Open your browser's active download tray instantly by pressing Ctrl + J on your keyboard (or Cmd + Option + L on Mac). Click the folder icon next to the lecture file to open its exact location.
Playing in Browser Instead of Saving? If clicking the link streams the video inside a web tab instead of saving it, simply right-click anywhere on the video player and select "Save video as..." to store the MP4 on your drive.
Need Your Download Link Again? Payhip emails a permanent download link with your purchase receipt. If it is not in your main inbox, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
